This early grey cocktail is perfect for sipping on a warm June evening with friends, or enjoying as a pre-dinner drink before a romantic dinner date. The lavender bitters add a lovely floral note that pairs perfectly with the Earl Grey gin, while the lemon and simple syrup balance out the flavors with a tart sweetness.
