Julie reached out through a mutual friend as she was just starting her business, Colors of Grief, and needed a few images for her landing page. Working with her was such a joy. She brought along two friends to the session, one to help keep time (which I loved!!!) and the other to model with her for a few quick shots. Both were wonderful support and helped make the session feel easy, light, and collaborative.

High school senior portraits are all about capturing who you really are, your style, your energy, and your personality. Ella came in excited for her session but also a little nervous. She partnered with her friend Piper which made the day even more fun. Before the session, she told me that she didn’t feel super […]

After the holidays, after the rush, after the noise, this month brings us back home. Back to the couch. Back to quiet mornings. Back to the people and pets who make our house feel like a safe place.
Snuggle Sessions are designed to capture that feeling through cozy, in-home lifestyle photography in Los Angeles. In honor of January 6, Cuddle Up Day, I’m offering in-home Snuggle Sessions throughout the month of January.

I’ll be honest.
2025 was one of the hardest years I’ve had in business.
It stretched me. Challenged me. It tested me, and asked me to let go of things that no longer fit.

This year has been full of twists, turns, and those moments where “just surviving” felt like an accomplishment. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. So many of you have shared your own stories of growth, change, and keeping it all together, and it reminds me why taking a pause to be grateful is so important.
First, thank you. To my clients, friends, family, and followers, I could not do this without you. You make this job more than photography. Every session becomes a special moment, and your encouragement, cheers, and support have carried me through this year. Some of you I have known for over 17 years, others I met just this year, and each of you brings something inspiring to my journey.

It’s that magical time of year again! The air’s getting crisp, lights are popping up everywhere, and holiday cards are officially on my brain. If you’re anything like me, you might be ready to shake things up a bit, skip the same old template and make something that actually feels like you.

The first day of fall is here! For me, fall means cozying up with the people (and pups) I love, slowing down to savor little moments, and feeling that comforting mix of nostalgia and excitement that this season always brings. It’s a time for new recipes, toasty cocktails, cozy mornings with my pups, more time with Aldo in the kitchen, and lots of gatherings. A chance to embrace playful adventures, seasonal magic, and, of course, so many family photos, new brand fall launches, and a full, exciting fall photo season ahead!

While fall may officially start on September 22, let’s be honest, LA never seems to get the memo. We’re over here melting in 104° October heat while trying to wrangle our families into “cozy” sweaters for holiday photos. Not exactly the vibe we’re going for, right?

A full-circle family portrait session in Palm Springs! 10 years after Ivette + Chris said “I do.” From wedding day memories to life as a family of three, this milestone session celebrates love that lasts.

Finding the ideal location is just as crucial as choosing the right photographer, especially when you’re traveling to a new city and aren’t sure of all the in’s and out’s of where is best. In LA, it can be tricky – navigating permitting requirements, dealing with crowds, managing visual clutter, and ensuring there’s ample space for your kids to run around. How do you find a place with beautiful lighting, minimal red tape, a style that fits your vision, convenience, and a playful atmosphere to capture your travels?!

Meet Zoe: fashionable, adventurous, and totally unforgettable. I first photographed Zoe (and her brother Zach!) when she was just 10 years old and had recently moved to Beverly Hills. It’s been such an honor to capture this amazing family year after year. From annual family portraits to her older brother’s senior photos, and now, it’s […]

If you know me, you know I never travel without booking a professional photographer.
