I love working with products and creatively that I can visually concept to tell a story. For Rain Organica, we wanted to use natural elements in a soft, welcoming way to showcase the multi-step process of 3 products.

The cleanser, toner, and day/night lotion. Steps 1, 2, and 3 – a complete routine! I immediately thought of natural woods, eucalyptus and bringing in white/creams for a soft feel.

The great thing about product photography was that we didn’t have to be in-studio together! Brandy lives outside of LA, so she shipped me her products. We collaborated on the creative concepts and elements via phone and then I photographed her products and shipped them back.

She was kind enough to let me keep a set and I have to say I am beyond obsessed with the toner! I love cucumber and it just feels so light and refreshing. You have to try it!

Not all clients need quarterly branding shoots, and I love that I am able to assist these women in business with creating new content as they need it. In this case, getting more product images for Rain Organica and attracting her ideal clients by showing off the steps of a full routine. It doesn’t get much better and more fulfilling for me!
