This year has been a wild ride, hasn’t it? So many ups and downs, unexpected twists, and moments that felt like just surviving. I know I’m not alone on this struggle bus, so many of you have shared similar stories of change, loss, growth, and just trying to keep it all together. But through all the chaos, there’s still so much to be grateful for, and I want to take a moment to reflect on that with you.
First and foremost, thank you. To my clients, followers, friends, family, and even my therapist (shoutout to the real MVP this year), I wouldn’t have made it through without your constant encouragement and support. You are the reason I keep going. The KMP community isn’t just a collection of clients; it’s a family, a group of kind, inspiring, and truly wonderful people. Some of you have been with me for over 15 years, and others I’ve been lucky enough to meet just this year. I’m so grateful for the chance to continue growing with you.
Now, let’s talk Thanksgiving traditions because, for me, it’s all about the decorating! Yes, I love the gathering, the entertaining, and of course, spending time with loved ones, but if you know me, you know I light up at the chance to transform a table into something beautiful. Thanksgiving in our home is an all-week production filled with laughter, a little chaos, and a lot of cheers.
Aldo and I spend hours in the kitchen, crafting delicious dishes, drinking and laughing while I’m setting up the perfect tablescape. It’s all about those little moments, the ones that make the holiday special. If you’re curious to see how it all unfolds, be sure to follow along on Instagram. You’ll catch plenty of behind-the-scenes fun, our kitchen antics, and maybe a drink recipe or two.
Speaking of tablescapes and cocktials, I’m excited to share our Thanksgiving inspired cocktails: Spiced Fig Cocktail, Pumpkin Pie Martini and Maple Spiced Pecan Pie. Let me know if you give one a try!
As we head into the holiday season, I want to leave you with this: no matter how challenging life feels, there’s always room for gratitude. Thank you for being part of my adventures and letting me be part of yours. Here’s to embracing the joy of the season, no matter how it looks for you.
With love and gratitude,
Krista ❤️
