Julie Mollo Homes Branding Session

I love when I get to work with a client who isn’t quite sure of the direction they are going, but want to have a branding session to get them going, or even just prepare for the future. Julie was possibly going to be partnering with Rose, so we used the branding shoot to possibly prepare for that, but also get individual shots.

Creating Content Based on Your Current AND Future Needs

Because of their potential partnership, we certainly wanted to capture images of them together so that they had them ready to go should their partnership have happened. We also used this opportunity to get individuals that they could use for either of their current brands. Good thing we did it this way as due to unforeseen locational circumstances (things in life can change so quickly!), they never partnered. Since we had taken individual images, they both are able to use those to show their individual personalities and business approach.

For the shoot, we captured headshots and partnership photos. I also did a brand dive and guided Julia long to shoot some behind-the-scenes images, working images, and detail shots! Explaining to her how she could use them, not only for updated headshots and her real estate brochure, but also social media, interview requests, etc. There are so many ways you can use branding images! We had five stories that we planned to portray through the images, as well as a different look and location for each one for variety.

We had fun with the images to showcase the celebration of a sale, getting new keys and other exciting aspects of her profession. As a real estate agent, Julie’s mission is to create forever relationships with her clients, “to make them feel so protected, so cared for–like I truly have their back at all times. Rose and I try to create a vibe of warmth, of approachability, of intelligence, professionalism, strong competence with fun and ease”. We used this mission as the driving energy behind our photoshoot.
