I loved having the opportunity to shoot this super chic birthday inspired by the birthday girl’s favorite book, Chicest Mouse in Paris!

The kids had the best time participating in a sensory class and eating ALLL the cake. “It’s my birthday and I’ll cry if I want to”, but only when you ask me to take photos, lol. Oldest story in the book…am I right?!? This little birthday princess did not want to pose for pictures. Not to fear we played games, tossed balloons, dove in the ball pit and in-between captured some adorable photos of the birthday girl and her family.

She was super sweet, adorable and had the best time at her party, I mean look at that smile. But much like most people, she didn’t want to stop the fun to poses for photos, I mean who can blame her. So we worked it in-between and let the birthday girl run the show, but then every once in a while would grab her for a photo. Sometimes, we just gotta roll with the punches and let the kids be! We do our best to improvise, capture the moments and let our expectations go. All part of parenting…or so I have been told!

We love documenting life’s moments, like sweet Eloise’s birthday! Even when the birthday girl doesn’t want to be posing every minute, we still do our best to make it enjoyable and capture all shots of all the incredible details!
