Beet Vodka Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 beet – cut into large chunks
- 1 bottle of vodka of your choice
Instructions
To make the beet vodka, simply cut up one 1 beet and add it to a bottle of vodka and let sit overnight (at least 12 hours). Not sure you want to use the entire bottle of vodka? I made 1 cup of vodka and used 1/4 of a beet and it was perfect.
Make Your Beet Cocktail!
Ingredients
- 2 oz beet vodka
- .75 oz lemon
- .75 oz lime
- 1 oz St. Germain or elderflower simple
Instructions
- To enjoy, simply shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with a lemon wedge or if you are feeling fancy, add a beet.
