Elevator Pitches Made Easy

Let’s talk elevator pitches, because this is something almost everyone struggles with, even if you’ve been in business for years.

Someone asks what you do. It could be at school pickup, a networking event, or a casual coffee. You open your mouth and suddenly you’re either saying way too much or completely blanking. You walk away thinking, I should’ve said that differently.

If you can’t explain what you do in about 30 seconds, it usually means you’re trying to say too much. An elevator pitch is meant to open the conversation, not tell your whole story. Your pitch is not about sounding impressive or perfectly polished. It’s about clarity. It’s about being able to explain what you do in a way that feels natural, confident, and true to you.

A great starting point is simple.
Who you help, what problem you solve, and what makes the way you do it a little different.

When those pieces come together, your pitch starts to feel like a conversation instead of a script.

It does not need to be perfect. Messy and half formed is more than welcome here. Jump into our comment section and let us know your pitch or if you need help refining yours!
