Hello, Fall! 🍂
The first day of fall is here! I couldn’t be more excited to check off my list of all my fall favorites in Los Angeles this year.
For me, fall means cozying up with the people (and pups) I love, slowing down to savor little moments, and feeling that comforting mix of nostalgia and excitement that this season always brings. It’s a time for new recipes, toasty cocktails, cozy mornings with my pups, more time with Aldo in the kitchen, and lots of gatherings. A chance to embrace playful adventures, seasonal magic, and, of course, so many family photos, new brand fall launches, and a full, exciting fall photo season ahead!
Favorite mornings: lazy starts with coffee or mimosas and cozy pup snuggles
The little luxuries I’m treating myself to: home spa days and slow, indulgent evenings
Scents filling my home: candles, simmer pots, and all the little aromas that make fall feel magical
Playlists I have on repeat: 90’s Alt and Hiphop + EDM to keep me energized while editing, cooking or just living
Cocktails I’m mixing this fall: whiskey with a touch of fig, pear or cinnamon, warm, cozy, and a little unexpected
Colors I can’t stop noticing: warm ambers, moody purples, and that golden LA sunset light
Shows keeping me company while editing: Practical Magic, Bewitched, and Wednesday (witchy vibes required!) and then in November, all the Hallmark Holiday Magic
Recipes I’m determined to master: fall cocktails, hearty meals, and playful kitchen experiments
Places in LA that feel most like fall: crisp morning walks with Francie & Abby
Creative explorations I’m diving into: watercolor painting, creating little magical worlds on paper
Live experiences I’m soaking up: music concerts
The pups are loving: treats, morning snuggles, longer walks, and sneaking into all the dinner parties
Books loaded on my phone: chic lit, a little mystery, and anything with a touch of magic flair
The fall fashion weather I’m loving: rainy days, cozy sweaters, boots, and all the layers that make me want to sip something warm and dash out to play in the rain
Traditions I can’t skip: small dinner parties with friends, candles lit, wine poured, and laughs shared
The community I’m loving this fall: connecting with amazing women entrepreneurs in our monthly gatherings
Photo sessions I’m most excited about: cozy family snuggles and brand shoots sprinkled with seasonal sparkle
The things I’m happily saying no to: anything that doesn’t spark joy or interrupts my cozy-season rituals
