This is my college roommate’s fiance and their children. They now live in Texas, but she was in LA with her kids so we captured a portrait session!

Their son despises, I mean really despises, having his photo taken. They aren’t new at the game and it took a bit for me to get him to warm up with a genuine smile, but mission accomplished. Apparently he told his dad, “Ugh! Mom’s making us take photos!” haha but by mid session we were running around playing, making funny faces and have a good time, which you know what the means, genuine smiles! WIN!!!!
